Casa Cilona is a complex of trulli and vaulted stone structures built in the 1800’s and restored in the early 2000’s by owner Tonino Tuma and his father. Ideally situated in the peaceful countryside of Ceglie Messapica, guests easily fall into quiet rhythm of rural life with the picturesque medieval town of Ceglie not too far in the distance. Tonino and his wife Maria Grazia love sharing their special part of Puglia with others and open their home warmly. Apart from being an incredible host, Tonino is a top-class chef and passionately prepares all meals for workshops with local and seasonal ingredients. Archistrati has been hosting workshops at Casa Cilona since 2014.
